Theatre Production Code of Conduct Agreement

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for Oliver! To ensure a positive and professional environment, we ask that you carefully review and agree to the following Code of Conduct.

1. Respect and Professionalism
Respect: Treat all cast, crew, and volunteers with respect and consideration. Discriminatory or harassing behavior will not be tolerated.
Professionalism: Approach rehearsals, performances, and interactions with a professional attitude. Be punctual and prepared for all scheduled events.
2. Commitment
Attendance: Attend all scheduled rehearsals, meetings, and performances as outlined in the production calendar. If an unavoidable conflict arises, notify the director as soon as possible.
Preparation: Be prepared for rehearsals and performances. Learn your lines, cues, and blocking as required.
3. Collaboration
Teamwork: Support and collaborate with fellow cast members and crew. Offer constructive feedback and be open to receiving it.
4. Communication:
Communicate clearly and respectfully with the director, stage manager, and other team members regarding any issues or concerns.
4. Conduct
Behavior: Maintain appropriate behavior on and off stage. Avoid disruptive or inappropriate actions during rehearsals and performances.
Substance Use: The use of alcohol or illegal substances is prohibited during rehearsals and performances.
5. Health and Safety
Well-being: Prioritize your health and safety. Inform the director if you have any health concerns that might affect your participation.
Emergency Procedures: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures as outlined by the theatre and production team.
6. Confidentiality
Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information related to the production, cast members, or crew.
7. Acknowledgment and Agreement
Acknowledgment: By submitting this form, which includes this Code of Conduct Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined above.

Consequences: Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the production at the discretion of the director and production team. Note, this production company operates on a 3 strike system.
