Feedback: I understand that due to the volume of auditions, individual feedback will not be provided by the production team.
Casting Confidentiality: If I am successfully cast, I agree not to share, post, or disclose my role to others until the official cast announcement has been made via the Arcadians Theatre Group Facebook page.
Use of Headshots: I consent to any headshots taken at my audition being used for promotional purposes, including the official cast announcement.
Rehearsal Commitment: If successfully cast, I agree to commit to the rehearsal schedule. The production operates on a “three strikes” policy regarding uncommunicated absences. Failure to attend rehearsals without prior notice may result in removal from the production.
Code of Conduct: I acknowledge that both the production team and Arcadians Theatre Group uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bullying and harassment. Any individual found engaging in such behaviour will be addressed and may face disciplinary action, including removal from the production.
Membership Requirement: I understand that if I am successfully cast, I am required to hold a current membership with Arcadians Theatre Group.
Working With Children Check Requirement: I understand that if I am successfully cast, I am required to hold - and supply to the production team - a current Working With Children Check to attend rehearsals and performances.
